With 50 sold and leased homes just in 2018, Diana has helped countless buyers and sellers since starting in the business fourteen years ago, after a decade of outside sales experience.
Diana has a good working knowledge of communities all around the Greater Cleveland area and nearby counties, but mainly from downtown Cleveland to Lorain County and south to Medina and Summit counties, and everything in between!
Diana has worked in both seller and buyer markets since 2005 and understands the negotiation process as it starts with the client you represent. She works hard to earn her client’s trust, to fully reach their purchasing or selling goals!
Rounding out her experience is five years of full-time property management experience. She has a solid understanding of the changing urban market and the cycles of buying that influence migration from the urban centers out to the suburbs, and sometimes back to the urban core as family size and interests evolve.
